- How do I find the nearest pharmacy?
- Open DawaMap and allow access to your location. Participating pharmacies near you appear on the map with their hours and services.
- Can I check availability before travelling?
- Yes. Send your prescription or the medicine name to the pharmacy and it replies with the price, availability and when it will be ready — before you leave the house.
- Is DawaMap free to use?
- Yes, it is entirely free for patients. We add nothing to the pharmacy's price and there is no subscription.
- How do I pay for an order?
- In cash, at the counter or at the door where the pharmacy delivers. There is no online payment in DawaMap.
- Does my prescription go anywhere else?
- No. It reaches only the pharmacy you chose. We do not sell your data and show no advertising, and the prescription image is destroyed 90 days after the order ends.
- I run a pharmacy — how do I join?
- Fill in the pharmacy registration form and we call you to confirm the details. Registering is free and needs no new hardware, just a browser.
